웜문(Worm Moon)을 배경으로 담은 세계 각지의 모습 본문
남부의 아메리카 원주민 부족들은 3월이 되면 날이 따뜻해지고 땅이 녹으면서 땅 속의 벌레가 나타나기 시작할 때 나타나서 3월 보름달을 웜문(Worm Moon)이라고 한다. 이번 웜문은 ‘슈퍼문’이기도 하다. 슈퍼문은 평소보다 크게 보이는 보름달을 말하는 데, 달이 지구에 약간 더 가까이 있기 때문에 하늘에서 더 크고 밝게 보이는 천문 현상이다. 올해 4회 정도 슈퍼문이 뜬다고 한다.
세계 곳곳에 웜문을 배경으로 담은 사진들은 마치 달나라(?)를 보는 것 같다.
