러시아의 흑해 미사일 순양함인 '모스크바(Moskva)호'가 침몰했다.
우크라이나는 넵튠 미사일 두발로 격침시켰다고 주장하는 반면, 러시아 측은 탄약 폭발로 인한 화재 이후 폭풍우가 몰아치는 바다에 가라앉았다고 발표했다.
러시아는 화재나 침몰로 인한 사상자는 보고하지 않았다.

모스크바는 흑해 함대의 기함으로 12,490톤의 순양함은 제2차 세계대전 이후 침몰한 가장 큰 러시아 군함이다.
