니콜라스 케이지, 영화 "PIG"로 돌아오다 본문
니콜라스 케이지는 'Actor'라기보다는 자신을 'Thespian'이라고 불리어 지기를 부르는 것을 선호한다. '가식적'으로 들릴 수도 있다는 것을 알지만, "나에게 있어 '훌륭한 배우'라는 말은, '훌륭한 거짓말쟁이다'라는 의미를 내포하고 있다."라고 말했다.
반면에 "'Thespian'은 당신의 마음속이나 상상, 기억, 꿈에 들어가서 관객과 소통할 수 있는 무언가를 가져오게 되는 것을 의미하기 때문"이라고 말했다.
